What is an OCR obstacle race?
Is a sport in which competitors must overcome various physical challenges in the form of obstacles. These include: climbing walls, carrying heavy objects, crossing bodies of water, crawling under a wire, and jumping. Many obstacles are similar to those used during military training, while others are unique to OCR and are used to test endurance, strength, speed and dexterity. The races vary in difficulty and distance. In some events they are combined with trail, track or cross-country races.
